Because you are eating more frequently, you should eat a smaller portion at each meal or snack. Use some common sense here and remember the key word is LITTLE! It is a must to reduce high-calorie foods. Those junk foods or high calories drink must go if you want to lose weight fast. It’s not easy to cut if you are the one who love these foods so much. What you can do is to reduce it. You don’t have to skip it all at once for example if you drink 3 cans of soda a day, then start by cutting a can of it a day.
