3 Effective Ways to Lose Facial Fats

> Move your lower jaw outwards and inwards holding each position for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

With your mouth closed, smile as wide as you can without parting your lips. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

If you are overweight, you need to shed some pounds in order to lose facial fat. You need to have a calorie deficit which means reducing your caloric intake and burning it (through physical activity).

In order to do this, you need to choose low-calorie foods such as fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy, whole grains, and lean proteins. These foods don’t only help you lose weight, but also promotes healthy looking skin on face and body as well.

Also, you need to avoid foods high in sodium, and processed foods that cause water retention and subsequent ballooning of the face. You also need to avoid diuretics such as alcohol and caffeine and avoid dehydration that could also cause water retention as well. Cut down your consumption of these face-bloaters and always re-hydrate yourself with water.



If you have an average body and you have a “swollen face” maybe it’s not your body weight but other conditions that cause you face to appear bloated.

Some of these are food allergies, the surging of progesterone hormone in women right before having their monthly period, hypothyroidism, and Cushing’s syndrome. People who are taking steroid drugs can also have a bloated face.
