Overnight Protein And Berry Oats
Simple, protein-packed, and undeniably healthy, this breakfast recipe is worth setting aside a few minutes the night before to make!
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp black chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet nourish & Bloom Vanilla Spice Whole Foods Shake
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp organic honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or cup.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with more blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
